All you need is:
30ml vegetable oil (2 tbsp or 24g)
60ml Water (4 Tbsp)
1 medium egg
Or:
60 melted butter (no water)
2 medium eggs
Prep time 10 mins
Baking time 20-25 mins
20 x 20cm lightly-greased square tin
3 simple steps!
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4.
Grease tin and preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper.
1. Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg (or brownie ix, butter and eggs) in medium bowl until well blended (Mixture may be lumpy.)
2. Spread the mixture evenly into the lightly greased square tin.
3. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted 5cm from the edge of the tin comes out almost clean. Cool and cut in 16 pieces (or 12 for larger brownies) before serving.

Easy and tasty
My kids love making these baking kits, so easy to follow and very child friend;ly. Taste pretty good too!
OK brownies
Came out very flat and texture not browniesh. However served hot with ice cream they were rather nice.

Nice and Time Saving
I am reviewing as I recieved a voucher from Ocado. The brownies are not bad and are easier to make with kids etc but not as tasty as if you were to make them yourself.
