Adds flavour

Tried making my flapjacks with this sugar and it definitely added an extra layer of flavour as opposed to when using normal brown sugar. Very much enjoying it.

Beautiful

The flavour is beautiful. Yes it does come as a block but it breaks up by just gently squeezing. No effort needed. Flapjack or chocolate cake results are great.

Delicious sugar. Lovely in espresso. It does come as a kind of soft block but easily breaks up.

An identical packet of this sugar was for sale at "Home Bargains" for 49p yesterday, and that was not on offer.

Hard block no problem

When sugar arrives as a hard block, just cover it in a damp cloth overnight. Its perfectly normal sugar behaviour!
