Went hard in the pack

I have been buying this brand for a long time but this pack unopened had solidified and I had to waste it.

Excellent flavour but solid

I like the taste of this sugar. Excellent for cakes. Sadly it has a tendency to solidify, even before opening. Gone back to Tate and Lyle.

Love this Sugar

Ideal in baking but last box I bought was like a brick so have knocked off a star

Does the job well

I have used this is in baking cakes and making sweet sauces and it does the job well at a sensible price. Like the fact it is in a cardboard box to keep it rigid, rather than tough plastic (although there is thinner plastic inside).

Good muscovado at a good price

Muscovado is ideal for coffee but could also be used in baking and cooking when reducing the liquid content.
