Preparation and Usage

Directions: Automatics: Follow manufacturer's recommended programme, adding 30ml of Conditioner to the machine dispenser. Twin Tubs: Add 30ml of Conditioner to a 1L jug of water, pour over the wash and spin. Hand Rinse: Add 30ml of Conditioner to a 1L jug of water and pour over the wash. Allow to soak before rinsing thoroughly in clean water.

Such a gentle scent

The conditioner isn't entirely scent-free but the aroma is so gentle that it might as well be. It's great at de-static electricitying my laundry, too. I would definitely recommend.

no longer good

When I first started buying this I was initially pleased as it softened and was scent free. However, the liquid is now very watery and it no longer does a good job of softening clothes. Will continue to look for an alternative.

Inconsistent....

I did initially give this product a 4 star rating. However, I have since removed my original review. I have suffered with skin irritation and have stopped using this and also the laundry detergent. I have found the range to inconsistent and no longer a reliable purchase for allergy sufferers....

Allergic Reaction

I used Neutral (Danish brand)that Ocado sell before, thought I should try this. I get the cloths soft and nice, but my Sphynx cat (hairless cat) got big allergic reaction on his skin. I also found that Cationic Surfactants these toxic chemicals, which is an ingridiense in this fabric contitioner. terrible

Not softening enough

I bought this as a replacement for my usual Neutral Fabric Conditioner which seems to have disappeared from Ocado, hopefully only temporarily. Its very watery and hardy softens clothes compared to the Neutral one. Tumble dried items fared ok but air dried clothes felt quite rough and crispy. I wouldnt repurchase.

Does the job

This left my towels feeling lovely and soft, without the artificial fragrance of other conditioners that make my nose itch.
