Received in exchange for review. I'm sure that taking these is good for me, although I have been unable to detect any kind of effect from doing so.

Ive been asked to review this product. After taking it for a month, Ive noticed that Im not getting colds as often as before, and I dont feel like taking an afternoon nap.

Haven't noticed a difference as yet

Im reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I've been taking this for a few weeks and I haven't really noticed a difference but maybe too early to tell. Expensive for vitamin B & D.

Complete supplement.

I am reviewing this product as I was sent a free sample from Ocado. For several years I have taken probiotics and B vitamins as separate supplements so this seems to be a perfect way to take them. The capsules are small and easy to swallow so I am keeping my fingers crossed that they are effective. It always takes a few weeks for the benefits to be apparent but it seems to be a quality product.
