Not noticed any difference yet...

Sent these by Ocado to review. Have been taking these for a week, and they are not too big to swallow. However, not noticed any change per the effects that are advertised, yet. May be it takes longer.

These are far too expensive for long term use. I do however think they were good for gut.

We received these free from Ocado for review purposes. My husband swallows two whole with dinner and hasn’t noticed any particular taste. He hasn’t noticed any difference in either digestion or cognitive function yet but perhaps it’s a subtle/longer term effect. Seem expensive at normal price.
