I wouldn\x27t recommend!

I normally try something for a while before reviewing, however this just stood out to me as something to warn others about. If you read through the ingredients, the first there is sugar. No huge issue (as long as you don't have diabetes to be wary of) but could potentially be an issue if you are sensitive to sugar highs and lows and take pills first thing. Second thing is that apple cider vinegar factors quite highly on the list. If you have a sensitised stomach, gastritis or just indigestion, this could really cause a flare up- be careful! You may be fine after the odd gummy, but day in day out and a few weeks may see you in chronic agony. Many dieters try to limit their food intake or carb intake, but it's carbs you'd really need to help line your stomach with these things. Of course both of those things are ignoring the sugar plus vinegar is going to do for your teeth...(just try not to drink a lot of tea, coffee, cola or fizzy drinks (diet or otherwise) as your Dentist won't be congratulating you on your dental care!

misleading advertising

this is a sugar full product. check the ingredients! it has no place in the slimming supplements aisle!

Tasty gummy

The gummy tastes nice. I have not tried them long enough to see if they help with the weight loss but I feel like I have more energy throughout the day when I take them.
