Pricey but delicious

I bought this to compare against other avocado oil brands and really like it. Have used mostly for baking cakes and granola. Really lovely.

great staple for the ketogenic lifestyle

A welcome change from extra virgin olive oil on my salads. Mild and creamy. I am following a ketogenic eating plan and always looking for nutritious fats to boost my calorie intake. This cold pressed avocado oil ticks all the boxes for me.

Perfect in every respect!

I love Biona and am delighted they have launched this organic cold pressed avocado oil – it is outstanding. After years of using organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil for cooking and drizzling I wanted a change, as the high heat/smoke point of avocado oil makes it perfect for cooking as well as drizzling. This pure, unadulterated, organic avocado oil is exquisite! It has a gorgeous earthy, fruity, creamy flavour, no bitterness or strong aftertaste, and none of the peppery bite of olive oil or strong flavour of over-ripe avocados sometimes found in inferior avocado oils. The flavour is exceptional. It has a beautiful bright, vibrant golden-emerald-green colour. Glorious drizzled over vegetables, bread, toast, potatoes, salads, couscous, bulgur wheat; perfect for stir-frying, sauteing, risottos, pasta, roasting, curries, general cooking – everything really! This is outstanding, truly exceptional, organic and perfect in every respect - well worth the extra cost.
