Thin liquid

This is ok for cooking but has a very thin consistency and is too sharp, without the sweet tangy balance in my view

This is so sour and has none of the qualities of a good balsamic

Good taste but very thin

This balsamic vinegar has a good flavour but its very thin, I prefer it to be a bit thicker. Ok price for the size of bottle though.

Best organic balsamic vinegar by far!

This is absolutely great. It has a sweet, deep tangy sherry flavour and in my view is far superior to any other organic balsamic vinegars. It is lighter and less sweet and sickly than other balsamic vinegars. It makes a delicious salad dressing with either Biona Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Mr Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lemon juice, and is gorgeous added to stir fries with Biona Organic Vegan Worcester Sauce and ginger. Another winner from Biona!
