Prefer Garofalo Organic Bulgur Wheat

I normally use Garofalo Organic Bulgur Wheat, but as I Iove Biona and buy as much as I can from this brand, I fully expected to love their organic bulgar wheat. However, the grains are much finer and whiter than Garofalo Organic Bulgur, much more like couscous, and clearly not wholewheat like Garofalo. Disappointed, although I appreciate others may prefer finer grains of white bulgur wheat. For me, I will stick with Garofalo where the grains are large, deep golden brown with an exquisite, glorious nutty flavour and beautiful grainy texture which retains “al dente” bite with no stodgy gloopy mass. I still love Biona, just not this.

ultra fluffy, quick and easy cooking

Slightly the side of rice but much lighter and more fluffy . Normally I tend to have my cous cous but this is even easier to cook . Good alternative for some changes. Digestive and soft to tummy . Effortless healthy clean eating.
