this is really nice . I'm still experimenting with it, but so far it's good with stir fried salmon and as a marinade for chicken

I wish I'd discovered this sooner

Ocado, why don't you send me review copies any more?! We don't use soy sauce in our house because my husband is seriously allergic to all things soya. We're vegetarian too and shun things flavoured with anchovy. We're hard to please but this ticks all the boxes and works in the same culinary area as soy sauce. I intend to have some on hand from now on.

A good alternative to soy sauce. A bit thin and watery but nice flavour when added to noodles etc.

Great flavour

This worked great in a beef stir fry in addition to some five spice. It's more sweet and less salty than soy sauce but delicious in its own right

Organic glass delicious

Organic, glass bottle, delicious. I used in a pork stir fry with no other ingredients and it was delicious, savoury, not too sweet or spicy, just right, no nasties or sugar, gave a nice brown colouring and tasted nice. I would buy again.
