Fluffy couscous

We tend to usually buy whole wheat couscous however this time tried this one and we really really loved it, it cooked so well just in a bowl added hot water covered it and within minutes beautiful fluffy couscous.

Delicious and organic

I used to buy Crazy Jack Organic Wholewheat Couscous until it was out of stock so I tried this – it is delicious! It has a gorgeous nutty flavour and lovely fine, grainy texture but it lacks the bite of wholewheat couscous. I love that it is organic, but I wish it was wholewheat as well as organic - hence 4 stars not 5. I have now discovered Garofalo Organic Wholewheat Couscous, also from Italy, which is exquisite and truly outstanding in every respect. Crazy Jack Organic Wholewheat Couscous is also back in stock, but theirs is French not Italian and lacks the depth of flavour and texture of Garofalo. Biona's is good, but I have switched to Garofalo Organic Wholewheat Couscous for nutrition, flavour and texture.
