Lovely Rye Bread

Love this rye bread with healthy organic ingredients and no nasties, can't wait to try the other Biona rye bread range, the only drawback is the price.

nice for a change from wheat

Toasted with peanut butter or cream cheese makes a good snack. Trying to vary my diet with more fibre and protein whilst steering clear of unnecessary junk. Id buy again even tho a bit pricey.

Seven slices? Really?

Yes, this bread has only seven slices stuck in the most awful packaging that you can't tie up. It is rock hard and has a weird, fruit cake taste to it. It's tiny too. The only good this is that it's organic. A truly horrific product. Never again.

Solid, literally, rye bread

This is true rye bread, the only one I found here, everything else is either mixed with wheat, has additives and some even have sugar. But not this. This is rye bread, plain. No more brain fog and blood sugar roller coasters.
