Our Aromatic Katsu Stir Fry Sauce is made with soy sauce, ginger and fried onion.

Ready in few simple and quick steps!

1. Get you Wok really hot, then add a splash of oil.
2. Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes until nicely sizzling, then add the vegetable of your choice.
3. After 1 minute, pour in the stir fry sauce and heat through for a further minute.
4. Toss in cooked Blue Dragon noodles, or serve with steamed rice and enjoy!

Other ingredients we suggest for an authentic Katsu stir fry:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- a handful of mushrooms
- a handful of babycorn
- Blue Dragon noodles

Buy one each!

Now, if you like to have a lot of sauce, I would recommend using two bags of these, it's cheap enough that you can get two of these, and it still is a great value; it goes wonderful. with chicken and even tofu!

Hidden Gem

Went a little off-piste with this and used it as a curry sauce over Moy Pak Chicken burger instead of a stir fry. Served it up with some microwave rice to have a really good zero-effort mid-week meal in less than 30minutes and a fraction of the cost of a take-away.

Nice, but not how I expected

Although the term 'katsu' simply refers to the breadcrumbed cutlet of meat/veg/meat alternative that we use for the dish, this sauce didn't taste how most places flavour their Katsu sauce. I found this to be almost like a chip shop curry. This didn't bother me as I quite liked it, but definitely not a "katsu" sauce.

not gluten free

Please bring back the bottle of katsu sauce which did not have any gluten in it - we cant have any of these sauces and katsu doesnt need to have gluten in it. Also - Why introduce this type of packaging? More profits for you, but worse value for the shopper and worse for the environment
