no real basil taste

With the word infusion I would expect a stronger flavour. There are basil tones but they are very mild. I thought this would be a lovely addition to plain pasta but there isnt much difference between this and normal oil. It tastes fine just disappointing its not stronger. I will try the other brand recommended by previous feedback...

Where’s the infusion?

Sorry, but there is absolutely no taste of basil here. The best is Waitrose own basil-infused oil, which I will continue to buy from now on.
