"Oh là là this is the epitome of relaxed Riviera chic! A light yet juicy Rosé with tangerine character and hints of exotic fruits. Serve chilled then close your eyes and dream of being on the Côte d’Azur.
Elegant Rosé wine from the south of France is having quite the moment (and a price tag to match!) however those in the know, such as our Master of Wine, have a little secret; Rosé IGP Mediterranée is produced in a small area within the Côte d’Azur It has the same trademark pale, nearly orange colour and crisp refreshing style as the best Rosé wines. So despite having a much more difficult to pronounce name, this hidden gem is every bit as enjoyable as its très chic cousin.
This bag-in-box (the equivalent to three bottles) will be your new go to in the fridge. Perfect for a weekday glass (or two) but rest assured that it will stay good for up to six weeks.
Oh, and what's in a name? A Bowl Grabber?!? That's someone who holds their glass by the bowl, not the stem. A faux pas I hear you say?!? Yes indeed; because we're for people who love enjoying great wine not endlessly discussing it!"

Vinification Details
Everything is done when making this wine to enhance the clean refreshing wine style. Speed and a considered hand are the best tools to make an appealing rose wine. Grapes are picked in the cool of night to preserve the fresh flavours and picked as quickly as possible.
Colour and flavours are gently extracted so as not to get too much of either, the focus is on elegance and balance. The red grapes; Grenache and Syrah remain in contact with the juice only briefly then being pressed incredibly gently and only the best bits of the juice that runs off at pressing are kept so that the wine just right balance. Some white grape varieties like the indigenous and admired variety Rolle are even added to bring extra floral flavours and some texture.
Fermentation is done in immaculately clean stainless steel tanks with temperature control to retain as much of the bright fruit flavours. Once the wine has finished fermenting the wine is settled, cleaned up and made ready for bottling. These wines are as simple to make as winemaking goes - No oak is added it’s all about getting a rose wine made with the maximum freshness.

Awful
Similarly with the white we ordered over Christmas, it is a horrible wine smells like cheap sherry. So disappointing as we had this and the white in the summer and they were nice. I wonder if it's a poor batch and that is why they were on reduced price.
Not nice like theor white.
I really thought this would be good as the white is lovely... this was just.... well, gross, not one person at a family get-together I held over the weekend, though it was nice. anyone that took a sip pulled a face and left it.
Such a bitter wine!
This box was a disappointment; it tastes incredibly bitter and almost like it's outdated. Not one that we would enjoy and especially at that price. I'm disappointed with this one because it should be easy to drink, but it's not.
not a grabber for me
This should be a reminder to myself not to buy a box of wine I had not tried before. Although I tend to be easily pleased when it comes to rose this was not drinkable and/or enjoyable and had to go down the drain. Such a waste of money and resources!
delicious and sustainable
lovely dry rose with delicious fruit taste. plus lasts longer as in a box (sometimes.. but my fault if it doesn't!)
Perfect party wine
Box wine has been reinvented! Light and delicious. Hurrah! They only thing that would make it even better would be a way to hide it on my bookshelf. Cheers!
