Tasting Notes
Expressive tropical fruit salad aromas leap out of the glass, followed by underlying green fig and apple. Fruit forward with a rich tropical mid-palate of guava and passion fruit. Lively, fresh and complex.
History
Brampton represents a range of up-front, fruit-driven wines with a strong, colourful personality, reflected in the modern and stylish packaging. Brampton's name pays tribute to the champion Jersey bull Brampton Beacon Bloomer, who was imported into South Africa from Canada to add vitality and vigour to a local prize-winning Jersey herd. |

Vinification Details
All grapes were hand-picked in the morning and crushed into the press as quickly as possible. Only the best free-run juice was used. The juice is then cold-fermented (12 - 13°C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is matured on its lees for 2 - 3 months before the final blend is made, stabilized and bottled
