In 1975 we took the pioneering step of planting Sauvignon Blanc grapes in Marlborough, formerly a sheep region and one considered too cold for grapes.
We single handedly transformed the world of Sauvignon Blanc 40 years ago like no other before or after and continue to produce quality wines that are a true expression of the region.

acidic
Undrinkable. Awful tasting wine. Went down the sink!
Very disappointing
Enjoyed the 2020, but find the 2021 almost undrinkable: far too acidic for my taste. I hope it will mellow with age, as the offer price persuaded me to buy 12 bottles!
ok
Not worth the extra £ over the standard brancott in my opinion. A bit watery and bland.
One of the best NZ Sauvignon Blancs
Our favourite grape, tried many brands and this year our go to delicious wine!
way to \x27melony\x27 for me
I've had the regular Brancott Sauvignon for while and quite like it so thought I'd try this but it's really too perfumed and melon flavoured for my taste - like an alcho pop - won't be buying againg
superb for the money
2020 vintage. Smells of crushed, green nettles, and lime zest tastes of sweet, ripe gooseberries, and zingy lime. Refreshing and clean but with low acidity. Very good.
