superb
Beautiful deep woody nutty kind of flavour. I've bought it for many years. never been disappointed. price is getting outrageous though.
so good
Its a terribly good honey, and works magic with manchego cheese.
Grainy and lacking in flavour
I adore chestnut honey, but this doesn't taste like it - just like a normal sweet honey. I also assume it's supposed to be runny, but it arrived very grainy - more like soft set honey. Wouldn't recommend, especially given the price!
A festive treat
Saving my chestnut honey for Christmas to drizzle over my Brussels sprouts.
Not to everyone's taste
I thought I would give this product a try. I don't really like the taste and it is way overpriced.
Chestnut but honey is an acquired taste.
People complain that chestnut honey tastes of chestnuts, yes thats the point of it.Unlike almost all other honeys it is not too sweet but it is rich and thick.Lovely on porridge or muesli.Good price too.
