black "slug like" lumps!
my dog was doing really well on these, and he is a very fussy dog!! about 3/4 through a box of 24 and more on order......but opened a pkt this morning only to find what looks like black "slug like" lumps within the food!!!!! ocado have been fantastic and refunded and the photo is now being sent to the manufacturer! we shall be changing over to "clean and lean" for the time being until we hear back from Butchers!

wasnt sure at first but now loves it!!
Our Puppy was on the butchers puppy food, so we stuck with the same brand when she turned 1 years old to dog food. At first, she would only eat a little amount, go away, then come back. Now she woofs it down. She doesnt like the salmon and to be honest I dont like the smell of this one. Sometimes youll get small bits of gristle, which I throw away.

I can't find this product any more, the small trays are just the right size for my dog and she loves this gentle food.?

Missing trays!!!
Over the last 6 months i have been noticing that there is not always 24 trays, sometime 2 is missing sometimes 4 today i opened a box and 3 trays were missing. What is going on with these. At forst i thought it was a one off but almost every box i open has missing trays, Why!!!

Great for a sensitive tummy
My little dog is a real foodie but has a sensitive gut. This is the best food I have tried so far as it settles her upset tummy.

It must be the equivalent of a delicacy in dog terms as she absolutely adores these pouches. The variety must be a good thing for our canine friend as well. It's a paw up from our Coco! Xx
