Preparation and Usage
Cats like to eat at regular intervals through the day, ideally feed your cat 3/4 of a can of classic in 2 or 3 separate meals (based on a 4kg cat). If you are also feeding dry food, remember to adjust the quantity of both foods.
Make sure clean, fresh drinking water is always available (but not too close to your cat food bowl as they don't like it).

A favourite with the cats
The cats seem to like this more than other brands including well known brands in plastic pouches and we like that the tins are recyclable. We do have a few problems with the ring pulls coming off though.
Thank God for food that suits the cat
I have a sensitive cat, supermarket cat food is indigestible and vomited up, posh food is refused with disdain, 'luxury' supermarket food causes vet warnings that the cat is putting on weight (without over feeding), super posh single protein food causes a rash which the cat chews lumps of fur out of. I beg ocado never stop stocking this, it's cheap, has no sugar, cat wolfs it down, it stays down, no allergy. I'm slightly baffled about smelly comments, smells much the same as any wet cat food to me, doesn't work for me but makes the cat's tail shudder in anticipation. It takes all sorts... I say again, thank God for butchers. only downside is that the cat is less keen on fish flavour so it would be nice to have meat version in cans.
Cat loves it
Just switched to this from pouches (so I can recycle tins) and cat loves it. Theres a lot of jelly - but thats what she likes.

My elderly cat turns her nose up at most brands now. Thank heavens she still likes this.

My very un-fussy cat wont even touch this. I dont blame him. It doesnt smell like any sort of meat and the jelly is just water!
Have they changed something?
My cats have always loved this food, more so the 'meat' varieties, than the 'fish' varieties, but recently they have literally been turning their noses up at any of the varieties. They might eat some of the meat variety, if there is no other option (only dry food available at all times), but, generally, most of it has been flung out in the evening for the hedgehogs. Has something been changed? It looks the same to me, but then, cats can smell things so much better
