I used this gold leaf on a dark chocolate satin icing covered chocolate brownie. The brownie is really rich and luxurious and the gold leaf made it look fabulous. It is a bit fiddly to use - make sure to avoid draughts and don't try to move the leaf too far (turn your cake round rather than risk getting the leaf in the wrong place). This gold leaf makes everyday bakes special.
