best Ive found
No sweetener taste, best alternative auto real sugar
Decent sweetener
Not a bad sweetener, easy to use in this formulation as its 1 for 1 with sugar, but that does mean it has to contain a LOT of bulking agent. In answer to a previous question about whether it will activate yeast, the answer is no as it provides no metabolic substrate. In fact, erythritol is an alcohol so it may retard yeast growth.
Excellent taste and texture
Really lovely sprinkled over summer fruit - very close to the real thing.
Burns my mouth
This sweetener literally causes a burning sensation in my mouth after having it a few times - what is in it! Do not recommend.
Great sugar replacement
Does anyone know if it can be used in bread making to activate yeast and how well it works? Good for cake baking and general sprinkling, use more sparingly than real sugar
omg magic
I avoid sweeteners because I cant stand the taste. Ive tolerated others to save on the calories but nothing has ever come to close to sugar. This is amazing and tastes no different to sugar! Love it!!!
