Stunning
I cooked this Brie and it tasted amazing. Strong powerful flavour, not too potent and it held together well. Would buy again.

the thought of eating mouldy cheese doesn't appeal to me
Very versatile
Lovely cheese. Very versatile, great on a cheeseboard but equally great in pasta. It melts really well. Great flavour too
Full of oil
I baked this cheese and was shocked to cut into it & find oil pouring out. I appreciate cheese is full of fat but I bake brie all the time and it never normally has a puddle of oil on top. It may be nice cold but it's put me off buying it again. Perhaps the fat content relates to the good price?
