Vinification Details
Chapel Down Rosé goes through cool fermentation in stainless steel followed by partial malolactic fermentation. Maturation then takes place on fine lees in tank for 6 months before bottling. The wine then has an average of 18 months further ageing on lees in bottle.

My go to
My go to sparkling Rosé,I do enjoy most of Chapel Downs wines but this is my favourite,perfect for a sunny day and full of fruit and loads of bubbles.

My new favourite. I am a huge fan of English wines and bubbles. I have tried all of the Chapel Down wines and their bubbles. light and enjoyable to drink and without the headache. perfect.
