Just like the takeaway
Love this book! Tried many over the years but never found anything that was like an authentic takeaway until I discovered this book. Really good recipes that are easy to follow and have core ingredients. Heat when you have people round for dinner and they think you have been to the takeaway. 100% recommend this book
Youll never get takeout again
I have this and the veggie version. Of all cooking styles a good Chinese cookbook stayed elusive. Ive tried and binned several over the years before impulse buying the veggie version of this electronically over lockdown. A huge range of fantastic recipes. All pretty simple and most just use ingredients easily found on Ocado. Recently bought this non-veggie version as well which increased range even more. Only drawback is that a takeout Chinese is less of a treat now - saves cooking but my home cooked version now tastes better!!
Best Cookbook ever
If you are a fan of Chinese food this is a must. It makes making home made Chinese food, easy, simple and tasty. Every recipe has been a winner. You will need to get a few store cupboard ingredients and then the recipes are easy to make.
