"I don’t just love Clarence Court eggs, I positively luxuriate in them. Their Burford Browns are an essential regular on my weekly Ocado – their brown shells make me feel as if I’m living a rural idyll with my own beautiful brood of chickens – though all of them are fantastic, and I definitely have a soft spot, too, for the poetically coloured Legbar Blues. But all the varieties, with their gorgeous, deep-toned golden yolks, have a depth of flavour that turns the simplest everyday meal into a banquet. The only problem about them is that they’ve utterly ruined me for all other eggs: once you’ve had these poached, soft-boiled or scrambled on toast, you’ll see what I mean!"

Blue dye issue
These had thick blue dye ink marks on the shells. Wouldn't be a problem except when I'd boiled the eggs and peeled them, they were stained with blue dye. I don't want to eat this! Won't buy again.
Really lovely eggs.
Regular purchase. Enjoy the rich flavour and colour of these lovely eggs.
Golden
When people say "eggs is eggs", they clearly haven't tried these. Beautiful orange yolks and very tasty!
lovely
I love these eggs when I can afford them
Irritating shells
These are lovely flavour wise but trying to peel hard boiled are really annoying! I prefer the others in the same brand.
Crumbly shells
I found these pretty much impossible to crack open without getting bits of egg shells in with the eggs. There's nothing really special about them. The whites have a nice texture, but the yolks are really lacking in flavour
