Clearspring Organic Puffed Rice Cakes are light and crispy, and make a delicious snack straight from the pack or served with toppings or spreads. They are made in Belgium with certified organic whole grains and sea salt using the traditional Japanese vacuum heating method. Nice enough but go stale too quickly.

These are as good as any other rice cakes on the market. But the annoying thing, like all other brands we've tried, is that the packaging is not good enough to keep the produce fresh and crispy. The search continues.

Unfortunately, a stale tasting batch

Usually light, fresh and crisp and a good base for various toppings. Unfortunately tasted stale, chewy and rubbery this time around.

Lovely light flavour and crispy

Have these every lunch with hummus toppings. Like the thin size and the crispy texture. Very mild flavour.

Best out there by far

These are a regular purchase for me and something I just can’t do without in my weekly shop. They appear to be superior by far to all the other rice cakes out there at the moment both in texture, flavour and even packaging. I love the fact that these are properly sealed unlike many rice cakes in the market. Their thin rectangular shape makes them easier to eat, break, and layer with your ingredients of choice. They could possibly do with a little more salt in my opinion but for a health product they can’t really be beaten! Thank goodness Clearspring hasn’t stuck to the round cardboard rice cake theme that seems to dominate the market.

Just perfect

I am not a fan of rice cakes usually, but since discovering these, I have been buying them regularly, and the whole family enjoys them! The taste, the thickness and the shape are great! The only thing I'd change is the packaging, as you cannot reclose it easily.
