Tasting Notes
Pale rosé colour with fine bubbles. Floral and fruity aromas of strawberries, cherries and pomegranate with hints of green apple. On the palate, good balance between acidity and sweetness, with a refreshing finish.
History
Codorníu reflects the history, tradition, passion and expertise of family-owned business with more than 450 years of history, sine 1551. Codorníu produced the first-ever bottle of Cava in 1872 and is today Spain's longest-standing producer of wine and cava, maintaining its leading position in the production of quality wines and cavas.
Regional Information
Codorníu uses grapes from their own vineyards for the vast majority of cavas. The rest come from local growers with whom we have longstanding relationships. Codorníu takes advantage of the diversity of the Cava region to make cavas with a unique personality, controlling the entire process from the grapes to the bottle.

sweet
I'm reviewing this product in return for a free coupon from Ocado. Not bad but I agree with others who say it is sweeter than the white version. There are better alcohol free fizzes out there
Unpleasant
There is a very strong smell and taste of perfume or plastic, or both. This is just fizzy fragrance. The pink colour is not from grape skins, as one would expect, but from purple carrot juice. Even the list of grapes used is ambiguous. If the alcohol were left in this it still would not be up to Codorniu's usual standard. Also, if I'm going to nit-pick, de-alcoholised is hyphenated and not spelt with a Z.
Some nicer alcohol free alternatives
I received this in exchange for a review. it is rather sweet as others have said and needs to be really chilled to enjoy at its best. There are some other good alternatives on the market
alcohol free
I got this for free in exchange for a review. This one is sweeter than the white version but is still decent for an alcohol free wine
