Amazing for French Toast
This is the best bread by far that Ive used for making French Toast. It still remains firm and doesnt go all soggy and limp when dunked into the custard before frying. Much better than brioche in my opinion. Give it a try!
Nice bread
Fresh ,delicious, soft bread . lasted a few days without going hard . Highly recommended.
Delicious and good quality
This is real bread, and buttery and delicious with it. On a flash sale, I buy enough to make the most lovely bread and butter pudding, but my kids happily eat this as is, as pudding by itself. It's just a really perfect challa, and I am so glad Ocado stock it.
New recipe???
Ive been happily buying this for ages but recently the packaging is different to the picture and so is the taste. The texture isnt as soft and the taste is more sweet but bland. Such a shame. Please change it back.

This use to be one of my fav bread but they must have change the receipt, as it's not so light, airy fluffy. after a day or 2 it becomes quite heavy around the edges.
