Preparation and Usage
DIRECTIONS: Mix the Colman’s seasoning with the lamb mince and knead together Form into a loaf shape, wrap in foil and place on to a baking tray. Cook for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes then thinly slice the lamb and serve in a pitta with salad

delicious.
Shaped the lamb mince into patties and cooked in air fryer. Served in pitta bread with salad and tzatziki. Really, really good. Better than the takeaway.

Healthier Alternative to a takeaway
We really enjoyed this as a nice change. Wouldnt say it tastes like a doner kebab but was a nice seasoning nevertheless enjoyed with salad and flatbreads. Looking forward to trying to chicken one!

Delicious
Bought this after reading the excellent reviews as I have kebab loving sons. Both enjoyed it and would eat it again although they won’t be giving up using the local kebab shop.
