This Sauvignon Blanc made from organically grown grapes certified by BCS Oeko Garantie GmbH, carries the spirit of our farm workers pedalling their way to the Cono Sur vineyards every day. A winery whose commitment to the environment can be appreciated in this product: from the vineyard management to its label made from recycled paper. Enjoy now this bright greenish yellow wine with mineral and citric aromas.

Young and fresh, this wine has a nice a bright yellow colour with green hues. Its nose is mineral and citric, with herbal hints and notes of white flowers and melon

This organic Sauvignon Blanc, certified by Ecocert, carries the spirit of our farm workers pedalling their way to Cono Sur vineyards every day. A winery whose commitment to the environment can be appreciated in this product; from the vineyard management, to its label made from recycled paper.
Regional Information
In 1999, we began the organic viticulture project in 100 acres from Chimbarongo vineyards in Colchagua Valley. In 2003, after a 3 year transition period, we produced our first certified wine made from organically grown grapes. Since then, 780 acres of different varieties have been added to the organic program.

Too raw for me

Recent bottles taste a little raw and could do with more age not very likely in a mass-market wine. OK if you need something to balance fatty or creamy foods such as carbonara, but I wouldnt serve it on its own.

Bought twice 1st great 5 2nd awful1

I have bought this twice after looking for a good bottle of organic Sauvignon. 1st bottle was lovely, really dry and crisp. Enjoyed it so much ordered again. This bottle tasted awful, really acidic and left a metallic taste. Thrown away after two mouthfuls. Its obviously not as it should be and maybe just this bottle but wont risk spending £9 on another bottle.

nice, light wine

Pleasant, light taste, not acidic, this wine is good on its own or with a meal. Being organic is a bonus. I enjoy this wine and buy it again.

Sophisticated

Really sophisticated Sauvignon; clean and fresh as you’d expect but with great character and a buttery finish. Absolutely delicious - a definite staple for us.
