I never had bad lemongrass. M&S one is fine and good price. I use one for Thai curry, keep one in freezer for next use.

very nice on chicken.

Perfect for a lemon grass recipe for chicken with oyster and soy sauce and garlic and ginger. Simply ground all together, cover in a chicken breast with skin and into the airfryer for 14 minutes on 200. Crispy, umami magic

Not sure

Bought for the Ocado beef noodle recipe it seemed ok and im sure contributed to the overall flavour but cant say i tasted it to be honest.

Better than the Ones I Get from Sainsburys

But not as good as fresh. These were nice and flavoursome and still quite tender stemmed. Not dry and stale, such as is Sainsbury's.

Hit or miss

I really do find this hot or miss. You can either have the best lemon grass, strong flavour and not stringy or you have one ok lemon grass lacking in flavour and the other is mouldy!!!
