Break tab on rim of lid by twisting end of spoon behind tab. Remove lid, place loosely back on pot. Stir halfway through cooking. After cooking, stir and leave to stand for 2 mins.

Awful
Thick until you follow instructions then ends up like water. A tasteless mess. Will not buy again.
Gelatinous
Flavour was acceptable but it has a really weird, thick gelatinous texture, even after heating, to the extent that you end up pouring a mound on your plate. Quite off putting. Wont be buying again
Too thin and bland
Although it looks reasonably thick, when heated it liquifies to the consistency of milk! Also virtually tastleless and the parsley grey rather than green.

This is lovely and goes perfectly with cod or salmon, colcannon mash & mixed veggies
Creamy and full of flavour
I wanted to try this to perk up a fish supper. Unlike some reviews I found this very nice. I did not find it too garlicky and thought the balance of parsley was perfect for me. It does look gloopy straight from the container but I cooked the fish in the microwave and mixed the sauce with the water from the fish which thinned it down a little, and it became a normal consistency. It was a convenient sauce that brightened up my supper.
