Cook With M&S Thyme Sprigs 25g

Use this thyme to enhance chicken skewers or stuffed mushrooms. Wash before use and store in the fridge for freshness.
"While I very much wouldn’t like to have to use just one fresh herb in cooking, if I were forced to choose one, it would have to be thyme! It seems to bring freshness, sweetness, a little sharpness and a rich aromatic quality that not only makes food taste and smell wonderful but makes me inordinately happy as I cook. I find its scent both uplifting and comforting. I have to add it to red chicory (no 1) in particular, and furthermore, a little sprig in drinks – a gin and tonic, Campari soda, or whatever you fancy – in place of a slice of lemon or orange is a true joy!" Added nice flavour
Added nice flavour to my casserole, not much in the pack and doesnt look that fresh though?
Went off very quick \- bland flavour
Disappointing - especially after paying premium prices for M&S. Went soggy and dark brown very quickly so couldn't use most of it - and what I did use left no discernible flavour in my chicken stew. Won't buy again.
poor
Poor
A bit twiggy
But i didnt need much for my recipe will stick to dried I think as the quality cannot be guaranteed.
Brown
Much of the fresh thyme was brown. Not great....
Shameful waste of space.
How smug is M&S that it can send something like this out in its name? There were enough twigs and leaves, but no fragrance or flavour. Thyme is perennial and supposedly best in spring and early summer - so why on earth import it from Morocco? Obviously not for the smell and taste, because it didn't have any.
