Baffled to read that so many people had tubs of chewy meringues, mine were decidedly dry and brittle. Quite nice, but not anything like a chewy pillowy homemade meringue.

Oh these are good

Doh! I wish these weren’t quite so good. I mean, I could scoff the whole tub. Though that would leave me bouncing off the walls like a sugar fuelled ball. Very, very highly recommended. Crisp and a bit chewy and not dry at all.
