Of Course there is Sugar
Come on. I challenge you to eat cranberries without sugar. Go on. Do it. They are so sour that in order to eat them you need to add refined granulated white sugar. The sugar added here is a minimal amount of organic unrefined sugar. Sunflower oil. What is the problem? In this product the sunflower oil needs to be organic. Sunflower oil is from sunflowers. How unhealthy is a sunflower? Anyone who grows sunflowers knows you can eat the seeds and they wont cause a health or environmental incident worthy of a BBC documentary. So they pick sunflower seeds and cold press them to coat the cranberries so they dont stick together. Or without the oil some people would comment: Oh what a waste of time! Horrible! They all stick together in a lump so you cant get them apart to use them in baking. Sunflower oil is not generic refined vegetable oil. Farmers grow acres of sunflowers as an addition cash crop. Educate yourself. Dont be stupid and support British farmers and food companies who add organic sugar to cranberries so you can eat them without dumping on refined sugar.
Sugar!
ridiculous, why!
Uh oh
Not only added sugar but SUNFLOWER OIL! In my cranberries! No thank you. The search for a good organic dried cranberry continues.
Added Sugar!
Why would you add Sugar to Cranberries? I always buy 100% Cranberries & Ocado used to sell them when with Waitrose. No buying here!
Nice
Plump and tasty, makes nice salads P.S. product contains Organic Cranberries (58%) NOT 58% Organic Cranberries (subtle but obvious difference)
sweet and moreish
these are like a healthier candy to me, they do have added sugar but in general a much healthier treat for a sweet tooth
