Preparation and Usage
1- Remove the wooden rod from the base and remove the bottle.
2- Remove the cap from the bottle.
3- Insert the bottle from the bottom of the wooden base.
4- Insert the wooden rod again under the bottle until it is securely fastened.
5- Place the reeds in the shape of a fan.
6- Wait a few hours until the reeds absorb and disperse the aroma. Turn the reeds when you want more intensity.

Unsure why others dislike this
We have a very old, sick dog who unfortunately produces quite an odour when we have to shut the door to the room he is in. We have tried numerous room deodourisers and none have done the trick, until now. The Cristalinas diffuser has a pleasant enough scent but the most impressive thing is it has actual staying power and covers the dog odour very well. We have tried candles, other diffusers (M&S specifically) and none have competed with Cristalinas. The M&S diffuser couldn't even be detected in a small bathroom. I will report back when it runs out as to its lifespan.
Very strong scent
Does mask odour quite well but its very strong and a bit overpowering
Artificial
Smell not particularly pleasant, gave me a headache when most reed diffusers are fine. If you're sensitive to artificial scents then proceed with caution. Dog continues to stink up the living room.
unpleasant smell
My sense of smell very different to other reviews, I think it's awful!!! The blue reeds colour comes off and stains hands, the liquid stains surfaces if slightest amount spills. I have to throw it away!!!! 1 star for wooden container because I couldn't submit review at nil
Better than M+S ones
Absolutely love this - bought it whilst on offer at the same time as buying the M+S Vanilla one too. I put both in different rooms and we can barely detect the M+S one, most disappointing. The Cristalinas Pets one has the most lovely scent and has lasted two months during the July and August heatwave and still has some oil left in September. Bought it again recently. Highly recommended for the cheap offer price of £4.
Surprising!
Something about the branding has put me off Crystalinas for a very long time as I expected it to be strong and offensive. However I was pleasantly surprised. The scent in my regular sized living room is subtle, fresh and clean without being astringent, and it doesnt hurt or offend my nose that way that most, even premium priced brands, does. Im going to buy another for the landing.
