How to prepare your wrap in 3 easy steps
Chick Peas Falafel
Just add:
- 1 tin of chick peas, drained (240g)
- 200g lettuce, shredded
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
1. Mix
Drain the chick peas and blitz in a food processor with 2 tbsp of water, add the seasoning mix and blitz again until well mixed but still textured. Shape the mix into 16 small balls.
2. Cook
To pan fry: heat 3 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a low heat, add the falafel and fry for 3 minutes each side or until nicely browned. Set aside on paper towels to drain.
To oven bake: preheat oven to 200°C, fan 180°C or gas mark 6. Layer a baking tray with greaseproof paper and brush with oil, place the falafels onto the greaseproof paper and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Wrap and enjoy!
Remove flatbreads from packaging and heat for 10-15 seconds in the microwave or warm both sides in a dry frying pan. Spread the garlic & herb sauce onto the warm flatbread, add falafel and salad ingredients. For an extra spicy kick add some chilli sauce. Roll the flatbread and enjoy!
For a truly authentic experience add a drizzle of Cypressa tahini

Love it
Made up this pack and fried the falafel, not at all greasy. Served this one along side the gyros pack as nowhere near enough falafel to feed 4!

Amazing
