The best halloumi

I always assumed halloumi is halloumi so why pay more but I was wrong. This is the best halloumi Ive tried. Not as salty as others (which I love) and excellent flavour.

Flash sale experiment

Bought on flash sale, used with a Bold Bean orange salad a red bean recipe. This IS very salty but it still worked perfectly with the orange and honey dressing. Good texture, roasted with oil and almonds

This comes as an easy to slice little loaf shape. Not overly salty & very tasty fried in a dry non stick pan.

Genuinely much nicer

Genuinely much nicer than most halloumi - tastes amazing (not just salty) and doesn't go too rubbery/hard when it cools down
