Tasting Notes
This is a wonderfully aromatic white wine with a floral bouquet of citrus, peaches and pineapples. The wine is crisp, fruity slightly sweet and full of Mediterranean sunshine.
History
In 2011 Dalton passed the thousand tonne mark, making them a million-bottle winery, a landmark they had been aspiring to for many years.

Vinification Details
Once all the grapes from the various vineyards had been harvested and fermentation completed, the winemaker chose the wines suitable for blending into the Canaan.

Great Wine

This wine is easy drinking, a semi-dry wine with rich floral and fruity tones and a well balanced acidity.

Loved this!

Bought as we were having an "Israeli" night online.... will definitely buy it again! Fruity and aromatic...dry but not bone dry.. delicious!
