so many rancid almonds in pack!
Have just finished two bags of these and every 7th or 8th almond was rancid leaving the most disgusting taste in my mouth. Not good when you think about how much they cost!!
Delicious but underweight!
These are a really lovely flavour and made a gorgeous date and nut cake, but I weighed them first quite by chance as I was checking another item and it was almost 50g underweight! An expensive item to start with, but I thought worth it as they don’t come from China or USA, but that is too cheeky, making them even more expensive, illegal actually, but I will try again because they are a good quality food and there is so little choice if you want to buy from somewhere closer for ethical reasons.
Pricey but worth it, and not from California
I made my Christmas cake marzipan from this, and was impressed with the flavour. I would rebuy for flavour alone. I'm really pleased to have found a supplier of almond products not from California, having only recently become aware of the environmental scandal that produces most of the world's almonds.
Great product but so expensive!
Exactly what is says on the package but really expensive. Would be nice to see it similarly priced to other organic ground almonds.
