Daylesford Organic Spaghetti 500g

90p per 100gProduct information
Organic Dried Spaghetti
Greater than the sum of its parts - simply durum wholewheat flour, kneaded to a dough with Italian spring water and extruded through a traditional bronze die, giving the pasta its ridged texture which make your sauces cling.
Perfect with a rich tomato sauce and beef meatballs, finished with a handful of shaved parmesan. Spaghetti lends itself to a thick sauce - such as carbonara with bacon and eggs, or shellfish with parmesan and lemon zest.

Preparation and Usage
Ready in 9-11 Minutes
Boil 1 litre of water for every 100g of dry pasta. Add pasta once the water is boiling, along with a generous pinch of salt. Stir during cooking to stop it sticking and cook for 9 - 11 minutes. When the pasta is cooked through but still retains a little bite, drain and stir through a little olive oil to keep the pieces separate.

At Daylesford we make real food with the simplest organic ingredients
And the organic goodness your body wants for health and happiness
This organic Italian pasta is made with the same principles we use on our own farm
Over thirty-five years ago, we began to turn our farmland over to sustainable, organic farming, first in Staffordshire and then in the Cotswolds.
What began as a simple passion for real food and a desire to feed our children better has grown into Daylesford as we know it today, one of the most sustainable organic farms in the UK.
Organic food is full of real flavour, we don't need to add anything artificial.
We never use growth promoters or hormones, healthy animals don't need them.
We feed the soil with traditional crop rotation and natural fertilisers from our kitchen compost and manure instead of harmful pesticides and herbicides.
And we think it tastes better too.

Confused!
Confused at the exorbitant price. It’s just the same as any other spaghetti...even organic isn’t this mad cost! Crazy! Someone at daylesford farm is getting some serious profit off of items that are overpriced like this!!
