Established in 1991, Domaine Boyar is one of the most respected wine producers in Bulgaria. Its state of the art winery is situated amidst the apple and peach trees of the Thracian Valley.

Vinification Details
Chardonnay grapes are processed under anaerobic conditions and the juice is fermented in cool conditions in stainless steel to preserve the fresh, vibrant fruit character. This Chardonnay has subtle peach and melon fruit notes on the nose and palate, with a creamy texture on the finish.

Lovely summer drink

Nice and fruity, very smooth and refreshing. Not oaked as far as I can tell. Don't over-chill for best flavour. Will certainly buy again.

Refreshing and Fruity

Sent this free by Ocado to review. Don’t normally drink Chardonnay and prefer red wine but this was lovely. Medium dry with a crisp fruity flavour.

really nice wine

Im reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado We used some of this for a risotto and drank the rest. It was really nice, not too dry, and a good price for the quality. I would definitely buy again.

very enjoyable

Received this wind to review. Thought this was a really good mid range wine. Fruity flavour, not dry and no acidity so found it very drinkable. I had this with a meal but would be equally happy drinking this without food. Would recommend.

Lovely white wine

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. This was a really nice bottle of Chardonnay- great with a chicken or fish dish or as a drink over a relaxing evening
