History
Established in 1991, Domaine Boyar is one of the most respected wine producers in Bulgaria. Its state of the art winery is situated amidst the apple and peach trees of the Thracian Valley.

Vinification Details
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are processed under anaerobic conditions, after a short maceration of six hours, and the juice is fermented in cool conditions in stainless steel to preserve the fresh, vibant fruit character. This refreshing rosé has notes of wild strawberries and suble white pepper aromas.

Suprisingly good

A crisp, light rose that we will be purchasing again. Easy drinking on a sunny afternoon with friends. Definitely would recommend

Lovely rose

Crisp and refreshing, even enjoyed by the non-rose lover in the household. This goes down very easily! Will be a regular for sunny days.
