weird after taste
Good texture but really strong after taste - unfortunately so strong my teen son will not touch it
Loved this cheese before
I used to buy this cheese on regular basis but last two packs were mouldy when I opened them
nope
Mouldy on opening, two months before expiry date
Mouldy on opening
Opened this three weeks after delivery, still had 5 months left on the use by date, and it was already starting to go mouldy at one end.
Tangy and creamy
Nice tang and creamy texture makes this my favourite, not great for grating but ok to chop up into small bits. Recently out of stock and substituted, the alternative i was sent made me realise how nice this one is.
Very pleasant
I found this a lot better than I expected - I usually prefer soft goat cheeses. Very more-ish - it's so hard to stick to health guidelines on cheese size portions! The packaging isn't great as with most cheeses - one if the reasons I often buy the French chavroux (hope have got the name right) is that it isn't like trying to get into Fort Knox. - that's a soft goat cheese which I really like
