My husband loved them
I bought this to make a dish for my husband and they were absolutely lovely he was thrilled
Lovely gnocchi
Let's be honest gnocchi is what you make it but this is lovely. I added cherry tomatoes and basil as the sauce and after cooking with red onions I added butterbeans, broccoli and shredded courgette. Finished off with a dash of parmesan ad fresh herbs took no more than 20 mins, delicious .
Nice gnocchi
The gnocchi doesn't taste strongly of pumpkin, but still tastes good. It's handy to have in the fridge for a quick supper.
yummy and versatile
I would really recommend frying this in some butter as its so delicious when it browns slightly!
