Product information

Della Vite is a range of award-winning and sustainably made Proseccos, created by Chloe, Poppy and Cara Delevingne. Taking its name from the Italian term for “of the vine”, the first joint venture between the sisters sees them partnered with a third-generation wine making family – the Biasiottos - whose winery is based in the Prosecco region of Valdobbiadene, Northern Italy, within a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Elegant, pale coral pink in colour with an aromatic nose of freshly crushed wild berries and rhubarb. A bright, clean palate with delicate fruit flavours balanced by a creamy texture and fine bubbles, leading to a long, smooth finish. Try with fresh ceviche, baked cavolo nero or nduja bruschetta. It’s also delicious paired with mango sorbet or rhubarb panna cotta.
History
Della Vite is an award winning Prosecco, created by Chloe, Poppy and Cara Delevingne. Launched in 2020, Della Vite aims to re-imagine Prosecco by combining creativity and care for the planet, with three generations of wine-making knowledge to create a wildly delicious wine.
Regional Information
Beneath the Dolomite mountains in Northern Italy, the hills of Valdobbiadene are filled with knowledge and passion for making Prosecco. A region of quiet valleys and dramatic skylines, grapes have been grown here since Roman times.

Vinification Details
Prosecco Rosé is our exclusive vintage rosé. The extra-dry blend is made with 11% of carefully selected parcels of Pinot Nero, co-fermented with our premium Glera for 60 days. In combination with the long ferment, specially selected yeasts are used to produce a wine with an exceptional, creamy texture and a fine mousse. The wine is carefully filtered using vegan-friendly ceramic filtration, ensuring it retains bright, crisp flavours and freshness.

A special drink

We had been given this as a freebie for review. We opened it on a special occasion and absolutely love it. It went down really well. It will be on the top of our list to share with friends and family.

Pleasantly surprised

Im reviewing this product because I got a free voucher from Ocado. Not usually a big Prosecco lover but this was very nice - a little dry and not overly sweet like some other rosé Proseccos can be

Very nice Prosecco!

I was sent this for a review, and it turned out to be a very nice surprise, way better the others on the market. I would definitely spend money on this.

ok

Waited to try this with a friend, I had received it from Ocado to review it was ok, very light, not much depth of flavour and tasted very much of grape skins. Not for me Im afraid.

An absolute must try

What an amazing product! Looks great, tastes amazing and very affordable. So refreshing and the colour is stunning. I would definitely recommend this for dinner with friends
