terrible
so bad, in so many ways. the thing bends out of shape in your hand, meaning the floss then goes slack. then the X design feels like you're going to rip your tooth out, getting it out of your mouth

not for me - artificial sweetener
The flossing action itself is fine But These are not for me because they have a sweetish mint flavour. I assume the sweetness in the flavour is an artificial sweetener (it wouldnt make sense to use sugar). I dont consume artificial sweeteners due to their proven negative affect on the microbiome and their likely detriment to human health.
Absolutely useless
Are the good reviews fake?! These things are basically useless. Ocado used to stock more eco-friendly bamboo handed double flossers but now we have to settle for this rubbish. Yes the floss is strong, but it frequently gets lodged between teeth due to its terrible alignment and any force to remove it bends the handle, loosens the floss and renders it basically broken. How is using three flossers per clean good for the environment? Please vote with your wallets, avoid yourself the frustration and don't buy these - Ocado, stop it please. Off to Amazon for me...

Worst flosser I have ever used. Handels are so soft, they bend before one even gets the floss between teeth.
doesnt fit between teeth
The floss is really thick and I cant get it between most of my teeth. I dont usually struggle with normal floss so I think its because the string is thick and also doubled up. Wouldnt buy this again.
