Preparation and Usage
In your Washing Machine: add 2 capfuls to the fabric softener drawer of your washing machine. Soaking: add 1 cap to 2.5L of water at 20ºC for 10 minutes. Soaking to kill viruses: add 1 cap to 2.5L of water and leave to soak for 15 mins.

When you wash at temperatures below 60°C, bacteria can survive, and can be transmitted between garments in the wash.
Just add it to your normal washing routine after adding your detergent.
How to Use

smells like toilet freshener
This used to smell lovely, the scent has changed and now smells like toilet freshener
Works well
This is a very thin liquid (watery) rather than thick like a detergent. It seems to work well on gym gear to remove odours. It does leave a slight scent on clothes but nothing unpleasant like some others have noted, and very subtle and quite pleasant. Only downside is having to use a separate cleanser - it would be welcome to simply be able to buy a detergent with antibacterial cleanser already added to it, I'm already drowning in different cleaning product bottles
What happened to the smell
This was a product I was obsessed with and the last couple of bottles have had me think it was just my sense of smell gone wrong. But looking at previous review I now realise its not me but the gorgeous scent has now been replaced. So disappointing.
Incorrect Fragrance Sent for the second time
Have previously bought this product with the fragrance of Cotton breeze which I find really fresh. But have now been sent Fresh Cotton fragrance twice even though its advertised as Cotton Breeze. The item that had been sent is a really horrible smell unlike Cotton Breeze. Beware you could get sent the wrong fragrance! you have been warned!
Wasteful packaging
I love the content and concept (as it means I can safely wash at 30 degrees and still kill bacteria), but have scored down because the packaging is ridiculously wasteful.
what a stink!
I tried this because it said 'odour free freshness'... what a mistake! Nasty chemical perfume stuck to the clothes, stank the whole flat out and would not wash out. Really horrid intense, persistent smell they call 'cotton fresh' for some bizarre reason. I literally rinsed the clothes 10 cycles and the stink was still on there. All went in the bin and never again! What is it about these chemical companies that think adding more nasty chemicals that stick to clothes and skin means 'clean'? Surely the cleanest it can be is if it smels of nothing!
